Please follow the facilities request process outlined below:
Check the Facilities Calendar below to preview if your day/time/space is available.
Submit the Facilities Request Form below the calendar to reserve your space. If you would like your event to be added to the main website Calendar of Events, please select one of the following categories: Bayside Calendar, Stormonth Calendar, District Calendar, and/or Bayside Athletic Events.
All other categories will be added to the Facilities Calendar only. Please do not include the time in the title of the event.
Staff Only: When reserving a room, do not include any personally identifiable student information or specific time in the title. All room reservations are viewable on the Facilities Calendar. Please use the Staff category for any staff meeting or other event which should not be displayed on the main website Calendar of Events .
Confirmation of your request's approval or denial will be communicated via email or phone call.

Important Notes:
Due to scheduled construction, facility reservations will not be available at Stormonth Elementary and Bayside Middle School during the 2024 summer break.
We will begin taking facility reservations for the 2024-25 school year starting on July 1, 2024.
We are requesting to use the Stormonth Board Room from 5pm to 6pm the second Tuesday of every month for our Daisy Girl Scout Troop meetings. The dates are as follows:
Sept 12, Oct 10, Nov 14, Dec 12, Jan 9, Feb 13, March 12, April 9, May 14
(2) 6 ft tables and (4) chairs at front of room for co-leaders and meeting supplies.
(4) 6 ft tables, each with (4) chairs, for a total of 16 Daisy troop members.
