Why Choose Fox Point-Bayside School District?
Nestled in the North Shore of Milwaukee County along Lake Michigan, the Fox Point-Bayside School District serves approximately 850 students in four-year-old kindergarten through eighth grade in its two schools. About 450 students attend Stormonth Elementary School, 7301 N. Longacre Road, Fox Point, and around 400 students attend Bayside Middle School, 601 Ellsworth Lane, Bayside.
The Fox Point-Bayside School District has a long history of academic excellence with an emphasis on instilling positive behaviors and attitudes as part of a strong foundational education.
Facilities
We are deeply grateful to our community for making the new Bayside Middle School and significant renovations to Stormonth Elementary School facilities possible through the approval of the $58.5M referendum in April 2022. Designed and built to serve the children of the Fox Point and Bayside communities for generations to come, these buildings reflect our shared commitment to providing the highest quality and safest learning environments.

In the Fall of 2024, the new Bayside Middle opened its doors for students and staff, ushering a new era of updated, modern facilities that reflect the innovative, future ready learning occuring within our schools. At that same time, the majority of Stormonth Elementary School renovations were completed, focusing on improving classroom learning spaces, mechanical systems, accessibility, and improved building safety and security.
Throughout both projects, every decision made was centered on fostering a rich learning experience that honors the unique talents of our students and prepares them for future success.

Our district is committed ensure that equity and inclusivity are at the core of our educational mission and positively impact every student and staff member in our district. We strive to meet the needs of all learners, including a focus on mental and personal wellness. We prioritize the holistic well-being of students and families within our district. Historically, our students excel and achieve at high levels on State and local assessments, including consecutive rankings of "Significantly Exceeds Expectations," the highest ranking on the DPI State Report Card.
